If you’re planning on taking the Downtown Tunnel from Portsmouth to Norfolk this weekend, you will need to find another way.
Crews have closed the Eastbound side of the tube and it will be closed until 5 Monday morning for maintenance.
Alternatives include: the High Rise Bridge, Jordan Bridge, Gilmerton Bridge, or the Midtown Tunnel.
