Police at Christopher Newport University have arrested a man for several indecent exposure incidents that occurred over the weekend.
On September 7, University Police were notified of a second indecent exposure incident that occurred near Rappahannock River Hall off of Prince Drew Road.
The descriptions for both the suspect and the vehicle were the same as the ones provided for an incident that occurred on September 6.
Minutes after the second report, the University Police was able to locate the suspect and arrested him for both incidents.
He has been identified as Nicholas Dupree of Seaford. Dupree has been charged with 2 counts of indecent exposure.
