Les Smith continues his Quest for the Best BBQ at the Suffolk BBQ Co. in Suffolk.
Like a lot of restaurant owners, Wayne and Melinda Powers started out cooking for friends. With a little encouragement and a lot of courage, they opened up Suffolk BBQ a year and a half ago and it's now part of the barbecue craze that's sweeping the country.
"I think the television exposure really set it off the last few years. A lot of good shows on. A lot of people making a lot of good food all over the place and I think that`s the most responsible for the growth," Wayne says.
