Norfolk, Va. – Police are investigating after a man said he was shot near the intersection of Barre Street and Lindenwood Avenue.
Last night shortly after 12:30 a.m., police were notified that a man had sought treatment for an injury consistent with a gunshot wound at Sentara Leigh Memorial Hospital.
The injury is considered to be non-life threatening. The victim told police that it happened on Tuesday at approximately 9:00 p.m. near the intersection of Barre Street and Lindenwood Avenue. Police are currently investigating this incident.
