Hampton, Va- One man was flown to the hospital on Friday with life-threatening injuries after he departed a moving van.
Just before noon, Hampton police responded to reports of a man down on Pine Chapel Road, near the Coliseum Gardens apartment complex.
According to Hampton police, the passenger exited the back seat, while the car was still moving. Following the incident, the driver stopped and turned around.
The police are currently investigating the incident.
As of now, they believe that the incident occurred because of the passenger’s actions.
