Virginia Beach, Va. – If you plan to take Nimmo Parkway Friday morning, you may have to make some adjustments to your commute.
Officials say they will close part of Nimmo Parkway starting at 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
The eastbound lanes will close from Holland Road to Seaboard Road. One westbound lane will close from Seaboard Road to Holland Road.
The other westbound lane will stay open, but the speed limit will be reduced to 25 mph.
All lanes will be open by 12:30 p.m.
