Chesapeake, Va. - The 2014 Bra-ha-ha was held Friday night at the Chesapeake Conference Center.
The creative design event sponsored by the Chesapeake Regional Health Foundation promotes breast cancer awareness and raises money for free mammograms.
NewsChannel 3's Barbara Ciara helped judge the competition.
First place went to Lyall Design Architects for their phoenix creation entitled, "Defying Fortune’s Spite."
