Norfolk, Va. – U.S. Marshals say they have now captured a wanted man. He was wanted for possession with the intention to distribute in South Carolina.
Devon Brown was the head of a hip-hop label that started in South Carolina.
Police there say he was a fugitive drug dealer.
The U.S. Marshals say his agents got a tip that Brown was possibly staying in Hampton roads while traveling up and down the east coast.
Brown’s business is based in Queens, New York, but investigators say he spent a lot of time in Norfolk.
