Virginia Beach, Va. - 'Horrific', 'sadistic' and on the verge of 'torture'- those were the words a judge in Canada used to describe what an Ontario man is accused of doing to a Virginia Beach teen.

29-year-old Marco Viscomi was arrested in Ontario and indicted in the United States on charges of sexual coercion, or "sextortion."

According to Ontario court documents, Viscomi threatened the 17-year-old online, forcing her to first expose herself and then having her sexually abuse her 13-year-old sister while he watched via web-cam.

Attorneys in Hampton Roads compared 'sextortion' to 'blackmail'.

In general, they say the cases often start with online predators asking for a nude photo.

Once they have that, they demand other things and threaten to release the photo or even post it on other websites if their demands aren't met.

Online court documents indicate a similar but much more graphic scenario in this case.

Documents state Viscomi increasingly 'coerced', 'threatened', 'extorted', and 'manipulated' the teen into engaging in 'sexually violent activities' with her little sister. Those documents don't lay out the exact details of how Viscomi threatened the Virginia Beach teen or what exactly he made her do.

It happened in January 2012 but two years later the case is still held up in Ontario.

U.S. attorneys are working to bring Viscomi back to the states to be tried in U.S. District Court Norfolk but Viscomi is fighting extradition.
