One small Florida town voted to disband its entire police department  after the chief and interim chief both resigned amid allegations into several issues including an illegal ticket quota.

According to CBS.com, Waldo City was voted one of the nation’s worst speed traps.

CBS found last month that the seven officers in the town wrote 12,000 speeding tickets just last year alone.

They say the town had six different speed limits in just a few miles.

Five of the officers say they were forced to meet an illegal ticket quota. They also say that evidence was being stored improperly.
