Norfolk, Va. – A person has been taken to the hospital after dispatchers say a pedestrian was involved in an accident with a vehicle on Friday night.
The injuries are not considered life threatening. Traffic was not affected. The man was breathing and awake when he was taken in for treatment. The scene is now clear.
Calls came in at 8:48 p.m. The driver will not be charged officials say.
