Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Police have arrested a 32-year-old man after he was caught breaking into the East Coast Bicycles shop in the 1900 block of Colley Avenue early Thursday morning.
Police were called to the location around 4:00 a.m. after receiving reports that someone was breaking into the business.
Wesley T. Ward, 32, of Chesapeake, was taken into custody and charged with Attempted Burglary, Possession of Burglarious Tools, and Wearing a Mask in Public.
