Virginia Beach, Va. – A Virginia Beach school was placed on lockdown after witnesses told police they saw two vehicles driving across the field of Parkway Elementary school.
This happened at 4180 O’Hare Drive. Police say there was a larceny last Friday on October 3rd. The victim and suspect decided to meet in a parking lot nearby to return the property.
During the meeting, an altercation started. One vehicle left and the other followed. The chase extended into the school’s field and this is why officials placed it on lockdown.
Officers arrived on the scene and the school was still on external lockdown.
Police have not released any other details about this case.
