Chesapeake, Va. – A tractor trailer driver has been charged after overturning on the exit ramp from I-664 to Route 58 in Chesapeake this morning.
The 2007 Frieghtliner was hauling a refrigerated trailer loaded with printer toner for LML Express when the driver lost control, ran off the ramp and tipped over, according to State Police.
The driver, 55-year-old James Shoulder of Emporia, was charged with failure to maintain control.
He was transported to Norfolk General with non life threatening injuries.
