Today we proudly honor Master Sergeant W. Douglas Fowler.
He served 23 years in the United States Air Force.
He has served all the world: Korea, Portugal, Turkey, and Germany.
He was also stationed at Langley Air Force base.
Master Sergeant Fowler also did a special duty assignment to Air Force R-O-T-C detachment at the University of Virginia.
He was recently deployed to Djibouti, Africa.
Master Sergeant Fowler is originally from West Virginia and he is retiring today.
We thank him for his service.
