Norfolk, Va. – “A Special Musical Tribute to Whitney Houston” will be performed by Norfolk State University’s Theatre Company on Oct. 23 – 26, starting at 8 p.m..
The musical tribute to the late Whitney Houston will be performing more than 15 of Houston’s top hits, including “I will Always Always Love You” and “I’m Your Baby Tonight.”
Anthony Stockard, NSU’s director of theatre, both wrote and directed the show, “I am confident that this is the right show to begin our season with,” he said. In addition, there will be scholarship raffles and free tickets to upcoming performances such as “Dreamgirls” and “A Raisin in the Sun.”
