Tiffin, OH (WJW) — Meet Tiffin Police Department’s newest officer!
Nehemiah Hill showed up at the station Thursday during shift change, according to the department’s Facebook Page.
He had his wheelchair transformed to look like one of Tiffin’s cruisers, and he had on a uniform. He was given a tour, and wanted to sit in a real cruiser. Only police officers are allowed to do that, according to the post, so Nehemiah was sworn in as an honorary auxiliary officer for the day.
“It was a wonderful experience for everyone working here yesterday afternoon,” says the post.
