FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Fort Bragg soldier surprised his daughter at a pumpkin patch earlier this month and she “couldn’t contain the tears.”
Meg Kaplan shot video of her soldier husband Levi Kaplan, surprising their daughter at a pumpkin patch.
“My husband had been in Afghanistan for 10 months, and our daughter had no clue he came home while she was in school!” Meg wrote in the YouTube video description.
Levi, who is stationed at Fort Bragg, had just returned home from a 10-month deployment in Afghanistan.
“My daughter missed her dad so much while he was in Afghanistan for almost 10 months. He came home yesterday and we planned this surprise for after school. She couldn’t contain the tears,” Meg wrote.
