"Sisters Without Voices" is right here in Hampton Roads.

Crystal Sessoms, CEO of SEEDAHOPE Productions/co-writer and co-producer of Sisters Without Voices and Debi Laurae, actress, join us today to talk about the upcoming production.

Sisters Without Voices is a 90-minute theatrical production consisting of monologues, dialogue, poetry and songs spoken by men, and supported by women through dance and creative movement.

The play explores the female experience told through the male perspective.

Sisters Without Voices debuted in March 2011 at the Collective Arts Theatre in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Recently, Sisters Without Voices opened for the 2014 season of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond, Virginia and kicked off the 2014-2015 academic school year with a performance at Virginia State University.
