UPDATE: John Tucker was found not guilty during a trial held in Virginia Beach General District Court on December 3rd.

Virginia Beach, Va. – A Virginia Beach man has been arrested and is accused of peeping into a woman’s home.
Beach police say early , 23-year-old John Adam Tucker was watching a woman inside her home on Meridian Way near Dam Neck Road.
The woman told investigators she heard a noise outside and that’s when she saw Tucker looking through her sliding glass doors.
Tucker was arrested and released on bond.
