Chemical company BASF held a hands-on class for a group of students in Suffolk on the chemistry of candy for National Chemistry Week.
Approximately 150 4th grade students at Suffolk’s Hillpoint Elementary School participated in the program.
The kids were able to perform experiments on some of their favorite sweet treats and learn about the science behind them!
