A former Virginia Beach city employee accused of hiding a camera inside an employee locker room at the Great Neck Rec Center earlier this year accepted a plea deal in court on Friday.
Matthew Ludwick was arrested and originally charged with a Felony Attempt to Create Unlawful Image of a Minor and a Misdemeanor Attempt to Create Unlawful Image of Another.
As part of his plea deal, the felony charged was reduced to a misdemeanor.
Ludwick pleaded guilty to both misdemeanors and sentenced to two years, with all but 30 days suspended.
