Virginia Beach, Va. - NewsChannel 3 is proud to announce that our very own Jessica Larche received the 2014 Lifestyle Change Award from the American Heart Association.
She was honored at the South Hampton Roads Heart Walk at Mount Trashmore in Virginia Beach Saturday.
The three mile walk was non-competitive and raised awareness for healthy lifestyles.
Kathleen Williams Ross was also honored Saturday. You may remember, she was featured on NewsChannel 3 for her amazing weight loss journey, losing 230 pounds.
