Traffic on I-664 NB at the MMMBT released after road closed for over an hour

I-664 Northbound has reopened at the MMMBT after the road was closed for over an hour due to a pair of accidents. Use the James River Bridge or the HRBT.
A four vehicle crash that blocked parts of I-64 Eastbound at the Virginia Beach Blvd. overpass has been moved to the side of the road, but delays continue.
