Portsmouth, Va. – Police are investigating after a man was shot in Portsmouth on Monday night.
The shooting was reported at 9:33 p.m.
It happened in the 1500 block of Rodman Avenue.
Police confirm that a man was shot in the neck. He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
