Virginia Beach, Va.- Police need help finding a man who they say is scamming people. Police say he claims he needs cash because his car is being towed, but he never repays the people who help him.

Police released a photo of Eric Allen. The 39-year old is now wanted by police, but officers can't find him.

One of the victims spoke with NewsChannel 3 but didn't want to be identified. She said Allen made the situation seem very urgent, claiming he needed to pick up his daughter. He also kept flashing his wallet and acted like he was talking on the phone.

She gave him money. He said he'd be back later to repay her, but he never came back. Police say two victims have come forward so far, but there could be more.
