Norfolk, Va. –Local sailors took action to hand out toys at a Norfolk elementary school today.
Teachers and staff from Tidewater Park Elementary needed help to hand out gifts at their Christmas party. Santa was slotted for the task but unfortunately, could not make it.
Tidewater Park Elementary teachers reached out to sailors from the USS Carter Hall to help hand out gifts.
