Portsmouth, Va. - Police are now investigating after a man was shot in the leg in Portsmouth.
His injuries are considered non-life threatening.
He was taken to the hospital. No one is in custody.
This happened in the 600 block of Edwards Street at around 10:19 p.m.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Callers are never asked to give their name or required to testify in court. If a caller’s tip leads to an arrest they could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
