Chesapeake, Va. – Chesapeake Police are looking for the person who stole a cell phone from a victim while he was shopping.
Police say the victim was at a store in the 4800 block of Station House Road when he put his cell phone down to pick up an item. When he went to retrieve his phone, it was gone.
The victim had the Track Viewer application installed on his phone. When he activated the Track Viewer, a picture of an unknown male was recorded using the stolen cell phone.
