Tomball, Texas – Authorities say a distraught man has barricaded himself in his son’s room at the Tomball Regional Medical Center, a hospital about 30 miles northwest of Houston.
According to officials, the man is concerned with his son’s medical condition, but he has not made any threats or demands.
The Sheriff’s Office also says this is not a hostage situation as previously thought.
It’s unknown if the man is carrying a gun.
