A driver has been flown to the hospital after officials say the person hit the concrete base of a hurricane gate on I-64.
This happened in the westbound direction near Magruder Blvd. They say the vehicle ran off the road. Right now the ramp there is closed and all traffic is being diverted to Todds Lane.
