UPDATE: I-264 Westbound is now clear. All lanes are back open
I-264 Westbound from Virginia Beach towards Norfolk is closed past Military Hwy. Right lanes are flooded. All traffic is being detoured off to Military Hwy exit and back up to Newtown Rd.
Most inside lanes on I-264 in Virginia Beach are seeing stand water and hydroplainig.
