East Ocean View Ave. reopens after vehicle hits power pole

Norfolk, Va. – East Ocean View Ave. has reopened in the 1900 block after a vehicle struck a power pole on Friday morning.
Police say a 55-year-old woman driving the vehicle possibly suffered a medical emergency that caused her to drive off the roadway and crash into the pole.
She was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with serious injuries.
