Virginia Beach, Va. – It’s the Polar Plunge Winter Festival, happening this weekend at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
On Friday, February 6 starting at 10:30 a.m., the Cool School Challenge was held at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
On Saturday, February 7 the Polar Plunge 5K to benefit Special Olympics will begin at 8:30 a.m.
