Who’s squealing now? GOP loses main contender Mitt Romney

Washington, DC – Guess what party is squealing now? The GOP–after their frontrunner Mitt Romney announced that he wouldn’t be running in the primary.

Though there are still strong contenders that are vying for the republican ticket such as Jeb Bush, Mike Huckabee, and newcomer Ben Carson, their strong conservative stance on abortion, opposition to gay marriage, and ambitious views on gun control mirror the views of Congress today—a strong advantage for the party.

Therefore, losing a strong contender can potentially hurt the union when going against democrat frontrunner Hilary Clinton.

Primary buzz is beginning to gear up now, with nominations slated to launch in January 2016.
