North Carolina Islamic center holds vigil for three murdered Muslim students

Raleigh, NC – On Saturday, hundreds of people in Raleigh, North Carolina paid their respects to three Muslim students slain in Chapel Hill.

The Islamic Center of Raleigh hosted a public service for Deah Barakat, his wife Yusor Abu-Salha and her sister, Razan Abu-Salha Mohammad.

They were all shot and killed by a neighbor Tuesday.

The fathers of the victims were both there.

A counselor from the Turkey Embassy was sent to Raleigh with a message of condolence.

The families say the outpouring of support is helping them through this difficult time.
