It takes a village to raise the roof of the half million dollar home that will be raffled off to one lucky winner this spring.
Stephen Alexander Homes and his subcontractors met at the home Thursday to put their signatures on the house before applying the final touches.
It’s floor signing day at the Dream Home – a day where the builders and subcontractors get to meet and greet and leave a message on the sub floor before hardwood is put into place.
The nearly half-million dollar Dream Home could be yours for a $100 raffle ticket.
The home is located in the Culpepper Landing neighborhood in Chesapeake.
