Williamsburg, Va. – A 43-year-old man will spend the next 11 years behind bars after police say he exposed himself to a five-year-old girl.
Byron Ward Possich was convicted of the crime last year according to the Virginia Gazette.
He was sentenced on Wednesday.
A jury recommended that he serve 5 1/2 years and pay a $10,000 fine on each count.
Officials say the incidents happened between September 2012 and May 2013.
They say the child testified and told authorities that Possich asked her to touch him and he removed his clothes.
She also told them that he touched her. She says this happened in her bedroom.
