Norfolk/Virginia Beach, Va. - A driver was taken to the hospital after the cement truck he was driving overturned on I-64 westbound on Friday.
Virginia State Police responded to the scene at 1:21 p.m.
Police say the truck hit a cement wall when it overturned.
The driver suffered serious injuries and has been charged with reckless driving.
