Suffolk, Va. – Two men are in the hospital recovering after their vehicles collided at the intersection of Glen Haven Road and Elwood Road. This is in the rural Holland area of Suffolk.

Calls came in to emergency crews at 9:24 p.m. about an accident involving a Corvette and a GMC pickup truck.

They say the truck overturned during the accident.

A passenger in the Corvette suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A passenger in the other vehicle was seriously injured and was ground transported.

Both of the injured passengers from the vehicles involved in the accident were treated and released from the hospital late Monday evening.

Police say the driver of the GMC pickup, 22-year-old Dustin O’Neal Crick, has been found at fault and warrants have been obtained on charges of failing to yield from a stop sign after stopping, reckless aggressive driving, driving while revoked DWI related, operating a motor vehicle without ignition interlock, and driving a vehicle with inadequate tread depth on tires.
