Norfolk, Va. – A grand jury has indicted a Navy Sailor accused of making child pornography.

They decided there is enough evidence against Ryan Courtade to send him to trial.

Court papers show the first child pornography charge is from February of 2011.

The second one is from August of last year.

Court papers show he is currently in the Navy.

His online Navy biography says his rank is a chief petty officer and he works as a photographer.
