Chesapeake, Va. - The intersection of Bainbridge Blvd. and Freeman Ave. reopened at 3am Monday morning after a tanker truck flipped over Sunday night.
Crews worked for many hours to clean up the accident.
Police say the cause of the crash is unknown, and the driver did not report any injuries.
