Williamsburgs, Va – Busch Gardens has announced their lasted stomach sinking attraction — Tempesto.
The Parks President Carl Lum announced the launch coaster’s name, its key features and its opening date during a special pass member preview day held on Saturday, March 21st.
The coaster will debut April 25th, with three launch elements and a max speed of 63 mph.
Tempesto launches riders forward, then backwards into the ride’s station house. The coaster then thrusts riders up 154 ft. in the air to face a looped inversion.
Theme park review group “Behind the Thrills” has posted video showing testing of the new coaster.
