Suffolk, Va. – A man has been arrested after they say he assaulted his 81-year-old father.
Andrew Fitzgerald Ashe, 50, has been charged with assault. Police say the incident happened on March 25th.
The victim’s injuries are serious but not life-threatening. He is still recovering in the hospital.
He also had other medical issues.
Police say no weapon was used.
