You can today thanks to what may be an early April Fool gag from Google Maps. Here’s how to play:
Go to Google Maps, zoom into the neighborhood you want and click on the PacMan icon in the bottom left.
Avoid, Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde (the ghosts), and be sure to eat some power pellets!
