Norfolk, Va – According to VDOT, traffic is backed up on 64westbound at the 278 mile marker near Little Creek due to an accident.
Traffic is backed up for 2 miles and the HOV lanes are open to all traffic.
The west right and center lanes are closed.
The crash was reported with injuries and involves a motorcycle and two vehicles.
