Portsmouth, Va. - Portsmouth police are investigating the death of a child early Saturday morning.
Around 10:24 a.m., officials were called to the Lincoln Park Housing on Lexington Drive near Deep Creek Boulevard.
A child under two years old was pronounced dead on scene.
