Suffolk City Manager named Richmond’s new Chief Administrative Officer

Suffolk, Va. – Suffolk City Manager Selena Cuffee-Glenn was named Richmond’s next Chief Administrative Officer by Richmond Mayor Dwight C. Jones on Wednesday.

Cuffee-Glenn has served as City Manager for the City of Suffolk since February of 2008.

When making his announcement, Mayor Jones spoke of Cuffee-Glenn’s ties to the Richmond community and her experience.

Previously, Cuffee-Glenn had worked in planning and community development for the City of Richmond.

Her appointment will become effective May 18th with a salary of $203,000 annually.

There has been no word from the City of Suffolk on who will fill her position.
