Fredericksburg, Va. – A student from the University of Mary Washington has been charged with first-degree murder after a two-hour manhunt and a high school lockdown on Friday.
The 30-year-old student, Steven Vander Briel, has been arrested for the murder of his roommate, 20-year-old Grace Rebecca Man, who was found unconscious at her home by two other roommates around 3 p.m.
