Norfolk, Va. - Residents at the Village Pointe Apartments have not had hot water all week.

Management of the building sent out a letter to residents on Monday saying that the hot water tank leaked and needed replacing. This is the second time the water tank has had to be replaced at the building in the last three years.

Retirement Housing Foundation, the company that runs the building, says they plan on installing a new tank this weekend. They tell NewsChannel 3 that residents should have hot water again by Monday. They are also letting residents know they'll be reimbursed  if they choose to stay in a hotel until the tank is replaced.
